Why I am choosing to #pushforbetter

I'm taking on the challenge of 2,000 wall push-ups  in 18 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. From February 11-28, I'll be moving my body, fighting the winter blues, and most importantly, pushing back against the parts of me that tell me I can’t do it.

Maintaining an active lifestyle has always been a struggle for me, as my mental health challenges directly impact my motivation. Over the years I have fostered a better relationship with moving my body because I know that movement helps improve my mood and mental well-being, but some days it is an ongoing battle, and that is okay. I am still strong! 💪

Please support me as I #pushforbetter and help raise funds for the CMHA, so they can continue supporting mental illness recovery and promoting positive mental health across Canada. Every contribution makes a difference.✨
