The Push-Up Challenge is a unique and fun way for gyms, sports clubs and community groups of all shapes and sizes to encourage better mental health and wellbeing through physical activity, connection and mental health education.
Joining The Push-Up Challenge could be one of the best things you'll do with your crew in 2025.
The Challenge
You and your Team/Community will be challenged to complete 2,000 push-ups over 18 days. This represents the ~2,000 lives lost to suicide each day, worldwide.
We know - that's a lot of push-ups. But don't panic, any exercise goes, plus you can aim for 50% of the push-up target instead.
