About My Challenge
As I am recovering from pneumonia, I have had to lower my steps but I am committed to completing 50,000 steps in lieu of 2,000 push-ups (25 steps for each push-up) in 18 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter from February 11-28.
My page will reflect "push-up" banked, but they will be done as the steps equivalant.
All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association of NB to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health in Canada.
