About My Challenge
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 18 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. With everything after the Pandemic, I've become aware of a lot of things in my life and work around mental health.
Even as stroll around my workplace at the City of Maple Ridge, I see the transients sleeping in the park or staring into nothing-ness like a Zombie.

All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health in Canada.
