About My Challenge
Jay has invited me to join his team and participate in the Push-up Challenge for mental health awareness. At first, I honestly thought he was joking! Me? Do 2000 push ups? Not in this lifetime lol
Jay explained I can do a modified version-wall push ups, squats, etc all count and assured me I could do it. Now as some of you recall, the last time I was told I could something out of my comfort zone did not go as planned (the cartwheel fiasco for which I’m still feeling)!
But then I thought…mental health is very important and many people struggle with it daily. And I’m always up for a challenge so I have decided to “push” myself (pun intended) and do my best for such a worthy cause.

All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health in Canada.
