I Have Accepted the Challenge

So who will be the first person to pledge 10 cents for every push-up I complete?  

From February 11 - 28, 2025 I will complete the designated push up amount that is not just a number.  It will contain a fact about mental health to raise awareness, reduce stigma and increase mental health literacy.  Join me and my teammates by joining our team and setting a fundraising goal, donate and/or share how 60,000 people and me will #pushforbetter mental health services and supports in Manitoba and throughout our country.  So in 18 days 2000 push-ups will be logged with millions more.  

All proceeds stay in Manitoba and will be directed to our most critical program area needs!  These funds will have immediate impact in the lives who are supporting or living with mental health challenges, substance use issues and who are on their recovery journey.  

I have set my personal fundraising goal at $3,000 and along with my teammates we are confident that we will shatter it!

CMHAs Across Manitoba have set our 2025 Push Up Challenge fundraising goal at: $250,000.00   Imagine with me the countless lives that will be impacted and transformed!

We often say there is something for everyone at CMHAs Across Manitoba!  

#Together we will end the reality that access to mental health services is a privilege and make it a human right in Canada!
