Push-ups for Paramedics
Paramedics are often exposed to traumatic events, making them highly vulnerable to PTSD, which can affect their mental health, relationships, and overall well-being. Many struggle in silence, highlighting the urgent need for better support and resources to help them recover. That’s why we are completing 2,000 push-ups in 18 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association—please support us #pushforbetter from February 11-28 to help those facing mental health challenges.
All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
