Welcome to Resilience Rising! We are a team of dedicated individuals from all walks of life—accountants, lawyers, skilled tradespeople, friends, family, colleagues, and more—all coming together to push for growth in every area of life. Each of us is committed to building mental and physical strength, with a shared dedication to helping each other succeed, stay resilient, and become self-sufficient. Handpicked for their growth mindset, our members believe that true strength starts with getting our minds and bodies in shape.
Together, we’re not only taking on the physical challenge of 2,000 push-ups but also making a stand to support mental health across our communities. Through this challenge, we aim to inspire one another and those around us, showing that resilience and strength are built step by step, push-up by push-up. Join us in pushing forward for a healthier, happier, and more resilient future!
