About My Challenge

I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 18 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter from February 11-28.

All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health in Canada.

I will be doing 2,000 push-ups in 18 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. By taking on #thepushupchallenge this February, I am taking #action for mental health. Thank you for supporting me!

All donations will help the Canadian Mental Health Association support recovery for people with mental health issues and improve mental health outcomes in Canada.
