About My Challenge

The stigma around mental health needs to be challenged, especially as it pertains to people who work in uniform, on the front line. Whether that's law enforcement, security, healthcare workers, paramedics, or any other type of first responder. Therefore, I will be completing 2,000 push-ups in 18 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me and the Coast Mountain Bus Company Security Services team as we #pushforbetter from February 11-28.

All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health in Canada.
