About My Challenge
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 18 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association.
My targets will vary day to day. The first day's target was 92. I will be tackling them in straight sets of 20+ strict pushups with 1-2 minute rests.
As a youth sports coach, I know that the 'mental game' is just as important as the sport itself.
Not everyone has a safe space to develop these skills, and others are fighting battles of unimaginable difficulty, where the stakes are not gold and silver, but life and death.
