About My Challenge
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups (+ squats, cobras, dolphins, dips, step-ups, and other exercises on the great list given in The Push-Up Challenge : Alternative Exercises Guide) in 18 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association.
