Mental health affects us all.
Every year, millions of people struggle with mental health challenges whether it’s anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other conditions. Yet, too often, these struggles go unseen and unsupported. That’s why I’m participating in the Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association.
Push-ups aside, I need your help as each donation, big or small, will go directly to the CMHA to help them push for better mental health support, resources, and recovery programs across Canada.

Through a presence in more than 330 communities across every province and one territory, CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
