About My Challenge
Mental health has played a significant role in my life, shaping my experiences and growth over the years. From struggling with self-doubt and anxiety to navigating the challenges of adulthood, I've faced moments where even everyday tasks felt overwhelming. My journey led me to seek support, explore the right tools, and gain a better understanding of myself, including a diagnosis that changed everything. Through therapy, self-reflection, and perseverance, I’ve learned how to manage my mental health in a way that allows me to live more fully.
I'm participating in the 2000 push-ups in 18 days challenge to help raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association—because no one should feel like they have to go through it alone.
Please support me as I #pushforbetter from February 11-28.
All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health in Canada.
