About Our Challenge
In February, our Team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups between February 11-28, 2025 to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.
Mental Health significantly affects our student’s abilities to learn, build relationships, and achieve success. We advocate for comprehensive mental health programming and early intervention to promote resilience and well-being for all kids. Mental health should not be a privilege, it is a right; equitable access means addressing and removing systemic barriers to accessing supports kids need. School Counsellors are the mental health professionals accessible in the place where kids are, school.
You can help us push for better mental health in Canada by joining us or donating to our team.
All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes across Canada.
