My Challenge

As someone who lives with anxiety and has received support for an eating disorder, I know too well the effects that mental health can have on my daily life. Due to my mental health, I've never had a healthy relationship with my body. However, over the last year, I've joined supportive communities to support my growing physical and mental health goals. Being active, playing dodgeball and going to my new gym, makes me feel better.

I'm completing a combination of 2,000 push-ups and squats in 18 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter from February 11-28.

All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health in Canada.
