Let's talk Mental Health!!
In February, our Team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups between February 11-28, 2025 to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.
You can help us push for better mental health in Canada by joining us or donating to our team.
All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
I am doing this in honour of my Uncle Gerry, whom did the unthinkable back in 2022. One of those things that shakes a family to its core, leaves so many questions unanswered, and a deep hole.
The faces are, unfortunately, many. The stories are constantly renewing. And struggles seem to be everywhere.
Together we can bring light to this. We can feel like we're not alone. We can find people to talk to. We can also ASK people how they are doing mentaly, physically, emotionally, etc.
I, for one, want to ask better questions.
