Meridian Motivators Challenge

Join the Meridian Push-Up Challenge!

This February, the Meridian Technology Team is coming together for The Push-Up Challenge. From February 11-28, 2025, we are pushing ourselves to complete a mountain of push-ups to #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Canada.

You can support CMHA's mission to improve mental health in Canada by joining our challenge or making a donation to our Community.

All proceeds will go to the Canadian Mental Health Association, supporting mental illness recovery and fostering positive mental health outcomes across the country.
