About Our Challenge
As part of our ongoing commitment to our community, our team is taking on The Push-Up Challenge this February! We’re pushing ourselves to complete as many push-ups as we can between February 11-28, 2025 — all to help improve mental health outcomes in Canada.
We’d love for you to join us or support our team by donating. Every contribution helps us push for better mental health in Canada.
All proceeds will go directly to the Kelowna Canadian Mental Health Association, supporting mental illness recovery and promoting positive mental health across the country. Together, we can make a lasting impact!

En février, notre équipe participe au Défi push-up. Nous nous lançons le défi de faire une tonne de push-ups entre le 11 et le 28 février 2025 pour sensibiliser le public aux troubles de santé mentale au Canada.
