About My Challenge

I might be retired from my job at Canadian Mental Health but my drive to continue to promote good mental health is still a passion. Like many, I believe our phyical health and mental health are connected and for this reason I am particapating in The Push-up Challenge. For myself, my family, my friends, and our grandkids.

I'm completing 2,000 push-ups (or other phyical moves like squates) in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association, Kamloops Branch. Please join me by making a donation as I #pushforbetter in February.

All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental health and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.

Thank you for supporting my fundraiser.
