My Challenge - It is real and it is important

We have all struggled with mental health of some sort in life. Some however struggle far more and we need to help. I have experienced it personally and without support it can be so hard to get through. You feel in a fog. It can even be hard to get out of bed in the morning. Even simple tasks can feel like a mountain to climb. You feel so overwhelmed by worry and doubts; your mind constantly racing. You feel alone even if surrounded by people.
Lets fight this together. Please help cause you just never know who out there will use this help to survive and thrive. It takes a village.
