About My Challenge

Did you know that physical exercise promotes better sleep, the release of neurotransmitters (dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin) and lowers cortisol, which can greatly help one's overall mental health? 

My name is Lucas, but some call me Adrian. I'm a first-year student at Dawson College and a member of the CAF. I currently study laboratory technology, and I love biology. 

I'm challenging myself to do 60 push-ups daily for 23 days to raise awareness for the Canadian Mental Health Association. 

I plan on doing some Push-ups in the cafeteria, so feel free to join!
