Up and Down because we all have down days
’m participating in The Push-Up Challenge with Lu’s Taekwondo to raise awareness and support for mental health. Just like life, pushups come with their ups and downs—some days are easier than others, but perseverance makes us stronger. Having worked in the mental health space for many years, I know how critical it is to support one another through tough times.
I’m deeply grateful to the amazing people at Lu’s Taekwondo, who have helped me navigate my own challenges, always encouraging me to embody the tenets of Taekwondo: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit. These values are the foundation of both my practice and my commitment to mental health. Let’s push through this together, one rep at a time!
