About My Challenge
We're challenging our members to complete 2,000 push-ups, ring rows or air squats in 18 days to raise awareness for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support us as we #pushforbetter from February 11-28.
All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health in Canada.
