Several benefits of physical activity on well-being

I'm participating in the push-up challenge to support our students and colleagues who are challenged by their mental health and to encourage me to reflect regularly on the benefits and FUN of being active. 

Doing the activities with others can be more motivating and socially fulfilling.


HAVE FUN no matter what activity you choose, how long you do it for, or how much effort it requires because a bit of something is better than nothing.
