Join me (or donate) 2000 pushups for CMHA

Folks, for anyone that has attended any of my Energy Now (a.k.a Hack Your Energy) sessions, you would have heard my stories about fighting Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).  It's a real thing!

Amongst the many hacks to help yourself feel better during February, exercise is at the very top.  It's a bonus if you can do it a social format.  I hope you join me in this challenge (or donate a couple dollars) to complete 2,000 pushups in 18days.  111 pushups per day.  Yes, knee-based pushups are ok :)

All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health in Canada.
