About My Challenge
Hi there! This February, I'm taking on a push-up challenge to raise awareness about mental health and show how exercise can support mental wellness. From February 11 to 28, I'll be working toward a goal of completing 2,000 push-ups to help promote a healthier mindset and support those facing mental health struggles. My goal is to raise $500 CAD, and every donation, big or small, brings us closer to making mental health resources more accessible. Let's make a difference together!
