About Our Challenge
As the EHSS team, we understand the importance of physical and mental health, and how the two often go hand in hand. Together, we are aiming to complete 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness for the Canadian Mental Health Association, which supports mental illness recovery and fosters positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
