The CMHA Ottawa Push-Up Factory: CMHA Ottawa's Staff, Board and Peer Team
In February, The CMHA Ottawa Push-Up Factory is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge.
We are a team composed of frontline staff, enabling teams, management, the Board of Directors, and peer advisors at the Ottawa branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA Ottawa).
We are challenging ourselves to complete 2,000 push-ups each (or alternative exercises) between February 11 through 28, 2025, all in an effort to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.
You can help us by joining the team or donating today.
All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association, Ottawa Branch, to support our vital mental health, substance use, and housing/homelessness community-based programs and services.
