Mental and physical health go hand in hand. It how I keep my demons at bay.
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 18 days to raise awareness for mental health. From a personal standpoint I deal with ADHD, OCD, Anxiety and bouts of Depression. Thankfully I have developed a plan to manage my mental health and I’m able to do life. I have a great support system and I’m able to live without the help of prescription meds. Saying that… I do know that not everyone is where I’m at and help is needed for those individuals. So each push-up that I do will be dedicated to every one of my fellow humans still struggling to gain control. You’re not alone.
