SPS is participating in the Push-Up Challenge to support Saskatchewan police officers and raise awareness for mental health within our service. Our goal is to encourage conversations about mental health, reduce stigma, and show solidarity for those facing mental health struggles. Together, we hope to promote better mental health resources and bring attention to the vital work CMHA is doing to support individuals and communities. Every push-up represents our commitment to making a positive impact and supporting a cause that affects millions.
