Nova Scotians right across the province are taking on The Push-Up Challenge to push for better mental health in Canada. Join us as we take on 2,000 push-ups from February 11-28 and raise much-needed funds for CMHA Nova Scotia.
If you don’t have a Team yet, we’d love for you to join ours! All Nova Scotians are welcome here. As part of Team Nova Scotia, you’ll be able to connect with fellow push-upperers, keep each other motivated and see our Team stats grow. You’ll also be able to see how you’re tracking on our Team leaderboards in the app.
Together we can make a real difference. If you choose to raise funds for CMHA Nova Scotia, the funds you raise will go directly to mental health services and initiatives in our community.
