Pushing for Better Health in Honour of Cam
Team Cam is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge for the second year in a row! Between February 11-28, we’ll each be completing 2,000 push-ups to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.
Cameron was a gentle soul with an infectious laugh, and uplifting others came naturally to him. The lives Cameron touched, from his close family and friends to those he met for just a moment, were instantly brightened by his genuine warmth and immense sense of humor.
Cameron's memory fuels our mission to push for better mental health, raising awareness and supporting those who struggle in silence, just as he did.

All proceeds will go to the Canadian Mental Health Association, supporting mental illness recovery and fostering positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
