Mental health is as crucial as physical health, and around here in Sarnia-Lambton, it’s something that deserves our unlimited reps and relentless pursuit. Supporting mental health initiatives isn’t just something we do here at Ironworks – it’s woven into the fabric of our iron-clad mission.
Why, you ask? For starters, it's about creating a holistic approach to well-being. Mind and body aren’t really separate entities; they’re more like workout partners who spot each other for life.
Let’s make every push-up count towards lifting spirits higher. 
**Everyone can participate - You don't have to be a push-up pro to participate. You can substitute push-ups with walking, squats or other alternative exercises. You can also choose to aim for 50% of the push-up target and smash out 1,000 push-ups instead of 2,000.
