About Our Challenge
In February, our Team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups between February 5-27, 2026 to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.
This team is for anyone — whether you’re struggling yourself, supporting someone you love, or simply believe mental health deserves more understanding and care. Anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, stress, postpartum struggles, feeling overwhelmed or stuck — you don’t need a label to belong here.
We’re pushing together to remind people they’re not alone, that movement can support mental health, and that stronger bodies can help build stronger minds.
