About Our Challenge
Feb 11-28 Join Me!
In honor of my sister, who we lost a year ago, I’m taking on the Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness for mental health. Mental health struggles often go unseen, and tragically, my sister’s battle with these challenges led to her untimely passing. It’s not always easy to talk about, but it’s essential to bring awareness to the realities of mental health.
Throughout this challenge, I’ll be doing push-ups to symbolize strength, endurance, and the support we all need to keep pushing forward, even when it feels impossible. Each push-up will serve as a reminder that even small efforts can make a big impact in supporting one another. I invite you to join me in taking part, whether you’re doing it for yourself or in memory of someone you’ve lost.
Together, we can break the silence around mental health, share our stories, and show support to those in need. Let’s keep pushing for change, understanding, and compassion.

All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
