About Our Challenge
The Push-Up Collective GTA Challenge is a community-driven initiative uniting fitness enthusiasts, yogis and supporters from across the Greater Toronto Area to raise funds and awareness for mental health. Rooted in the national Push-Up Challenge, this local effort goes beyond physical strength, fostering a sense of community and purpose.
Participants of all fitness levels are invited to join, aiming to complete 2,000 push-ups over 18 days.
The challenge emphasizes inclusivity, encouraging modifications and creative approaches so everyone can participate in their own way.
Led by yoga instructors Mark and Natasha, and supported by other wellness leaders, the Push-Up Collective GTA is building stronger bodies, minds, and communities, one push-up at a time for mental health.
Whether you’re completing push-ups, cheering on participants, or donating to the cause, your involvement will help build a brighter future for mental health in Canada. Let’s come together, one push-up at a time, to make a difference.
