Microsoft Canada 2025 Push-Up Challenge
In February, Microsoft Canada Team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups between February 11-28, 2025 to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.
For us, it is not just about physical fitness—this challenge is about coming together, supporting one another, and prioritizing mental health. Whether we are a push-up pro or a beginner, this is an opportunity to support each other and have fun while improving well-being.
We would love for you to join us in making this a great success! You can help us push for better mental health in Canada by joining us or donating to our team.
All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
