KWL Push-Up Challenge – Let’s Push for Better Mental Health
This February, KWL is taking on The Push-Up Challenge—a fun and engaging way to stay active while raising awareness about mental health. From February 11–28, we’ll challenge ourselves to complete push-ups while learning important mental health facts along the way.
This challenge is open to everyone—no in-person commitment required, and alternative exercises are available. It’s an opportunity to come together as a team, support an important cause, and encourage conversations about mental health.
How to Get Involved:
- Join the challenge by registering and tracking your push-ups in the app.
- Help raise awareness by learning and sharing key mental health insights.
- Optional: Support the Canadian Mental Health Association through donations.
