Our team is proud to take part in The Push-Up Challenge organized by The Push for Better Foundation. This initiative is not only about physical fitness but also about raising awareness and funds for mental health.
Every push-up completed by our team represents a step towards breaking the stigma around mental health and supporting those in need. All donations raised by our team will be donated to the Windsor-Essex Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), directly benefiting mental health programs and resources in our community.
