As someone who struggles with mental health and have many friends and family who also struggle with mental health, I thought this would be a great way to raise awareness.
It is a proven fact that exercise can better mental health and emotional well-being.
All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
