Competing in competitive sports from a young age is what made me prioritize physical fitness! In grade four, I joined One Health Club. Back then, I worked out in a high performance training group and I continue to workout there individually to this day!
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter in February.
