Anxiety and depression have disabled me in the the past and are often waiting in the wings if not well managed. The idea of completing 2000 pushups seems as daunting as getting out of bed for someone with anxiety and depression. I've been through that and can do this.
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to challenge myself and raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter in February.
