About My Challenge

My goal for the 2,000 Push-Up in 23 Day Challenge is to meet the daily push-up targets.  I am committed to pushing my physical limits and, in the spirit of flexibility, I'll seamlessly transition to squats or sit-ups if necessary to ensure I contribute fully to this challenge.  Beyond the personal physical challenge, my greater purpose is to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association.  By participating in this initiative, I aim to inspire support for mental health and well-being.  Please join me on this journey, support my efforts and let's collectively #pushforbetter in February!

All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
