About My Challenge

Advocating and supporting mental health is an important part of who I am as a person and as a leader.

I have had anxiety for as long as I can remember but I didn't have the words to describe it until 2018 when I started working with a therapist. It's been an ongoing journey for me including a very tough period when I suffered from post partum anxiety. I am still actively on this journey and work through my experiences with anxiety on a daily basis.

I've spent the last few years being open about this experience and bringing my learnings into how I support the individuals around me.

I'm excited to be supporting the Canadian Mental Health Association this February to help our community have better access to mental health services and programs.

I'm completing 500 push-ups and 1500 exercises in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter in February.

All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
