Hi Everyone, I am participating in the The Push-Up Challenge from Feb 1-23rd. Over the next 23 days, together with my team, we will be completing 2,000 push-ups, squats, lunges, and/or sit-ups .
I'm doing this to raise awareness and funds for my workplace, the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter in February.
All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
