About Our Challenge
Hi,
The ISEDMC Network is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge this February and would love you to get involved too.
The Push-Up Challenge has participants completing 2,000 push-ups over 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. It all kicks off on February 1st, 2024.
Sounds like too many push-ups? That’s okay, you can substitute push-ups with alternative exercises like sit-ups and squats or aim for a smaller portion of the target instead.
It’s free to take part and there’s a great app where you can check on how Julie and others are progressing during the event, as well as track your own progress.

It would be great to have you taking part in the push for better mental health.
Cheers,
The Push-Up Challenge team
