I started my mental health journey couple years ago, after a very dark period of my life. For those who don't know the full story, that sounds shocking. For most people, I am happy most of the time and if not all the time. But the reality is, I am sad most of the time, only sometimes happy.
That right there is what's special with mental health. We simply don't know what a person is going through, what type of support they might need and how they want them.
Throughout my journey, I learnt there are millions colours between black and white, a thousands flavours between bitter and sweet, a lot of possibilities between 0 to 2000 push ups.
Most of them will be done on my knees, against a wall but I am working on that one single push up not on the knee. That's what is important to me for this challenge.
It's rough out there so there is absolutely no need to donate but if you can, I am forever grateful for your support for CMAH's continuous efforts towards mental health research.
But if you are reading this, I wish you a lovely lovely day, full of breaks and pauses for yourself. Keep breathing, keep feeling, keep slowing down.
