About My Challenge

I have a disability and would like to do wall push-ups every day.  I cannot go on the floor but I do wall push-ups every day and part of my exercise routine.  

I would like to challenge myself to 1,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and the funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association.  Please support me as I #pushforbetter in February.

All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.

Dedicated to: My brother Nick Adjun RIP who was challenged every day. Love him.
