I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter in February.
To answer your question:
- yes, some will be knee push-ups
- yes, some will be table push-ups
but you guys, it's 87 push ups per day!!
All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association. I've selected the B.C. division to receive the funds I raise to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in our community!
