About Our Challenge
The goal of the event is to encourage better mental health and wellbeing through connection, physical activity and education on mental wellness as we work in a hybrid environment. You will be challenged to complete 2,000 (or as many) fitness activities or push-ups over the 23 days in February as we put a spotlight on the 20% of Canadians (approximately 8 million people) who experience mental illness each year.
We know 2,000 push-ups is a lot. But don't panic, any exercise goes, plus you can aim for a portion of the push-up target instead. People of varying fitness levels are encouraged to participate by adopting alternative exercises using this Alternative Exercise Guide.
